Closing this group will prevent users from taking any Assessments. Users, however, will still be able to view their feedback results if the Results Viewing option is enabled.
Once your group is closed, your account will automatically be invoiced for any unbilled, received Assessments in your group. Please note that as groups are invoiced every 30 days, it is possible that the invoice generated right now may include fewer Assessments than the total number of received Assessments in this group.
Reopening this group will allow users to take Assessments. You will need to manually re-enable access to each Assessment type by toggling the switch in the table on the Group Summary tab.
Any unbilled Assessments are invoiced every 30 days from the group start date, regardless of whether the group is currently Open or Closed.
